Yeah i went hard core for 4 months at 40 hr study weeks and was prompted, by worried family members, to take a week off. ERROR, i have been completely fuzzy since i got back. A week later and i am still nowhere near were i was. Gonna take a week to …
Yeah its hard to say without knowing were you are holding in prep and how far that is from your goal. @jennybbbbb is right about not taking till your PTing around your goal, if not higher
Lol @LSATcantwin hilarious! (quite sobs) i did the same thing with an EXCEPT question yesterday.
That stubborn feeling is precisely what i had until i was able to convince myself that if i put together a proper plan of attack and to prioritize wha…
Right there with you @LSATcantwin. Im also between 167-173. For me the mistakes i make are just stupid and arbitrary. I misread this, didnt understand that. Blah blah blah.
I feel you on the hard RC and LGs. Those could knock me off my game.
How i…
Im with you on the confusing nature of tge LSAT trainers approach. Until recently i was struggling with flaws.
I went back to consciously breaking down the argument into its seperate parts, which has become second nature, this took a little getti…
I also used to spend an ungodly amount of time trying to split, i think once you become sensitive to a rule/rules that make splitting worthwhile you just mature out of unnecessary splitting. Rules that limit the setup to only a few acceptable worlds…
Im with @Victoria14. I was horrendous at games for months but with pacificos method of foolproofing and lots of commitment i ,not only became best friends with my printer, i improved drastically at games .
Stick too it and dont sell yourself short
Ha,
Hilarious that im getting schooled with the word "many" seeing as i was just giving someone an earful about it on a different thread.
My bad, feeling slow today.lol
Thanks @TheMikey and @"Alex Divine"
I ruled out D for the same reason as @"Alex Divine" mentioned above, but i def see the point @LSATcantwin is pointing out, i also suspect this is a ploy to trip one up. I find that LSAC loves doing this: making the correct AC complete crap but fulfi…
Its an interesting idea but i think it may psych one out too much, especially if they are stumped on how to do the game, it could potentially ruin the rest of your section.
I think if one is cateful to not go into autopilot when doing standard game…
@"Grey Warden" that is fantastic to have such a high BR. Shows that you are taking the right approach with the test. What does your skipping strategy look like? How much time do u finish each section w?
Hey, so i took the dec 16 sabbath observer test, and i got an experimental game section that was straight out of hell, i assume ot was experimental bc i bombed it and i still got a good score.
The other sections were pretty standard
I only drill question types that i dont feel confident in. ( a telltale sign that you need to drill a question type is if you hope you dont see it on the test)
I try to only drill question types from PT 1-20. I use this for the fundemantals.
I d…
Hey @"Felix Mendez" im not worried youll get there, so i am very strict with making sure i do one timed LR, RC, and at least 2 new LGs erryday.
I generally do the LR and then after a 5 min break i hit the RC, but then i BR the RC before i BR the …
Yeah i loved the flaw section in the lsat trainer kinda lets you look at things diff. And the reading comp definitely helped me out. But as @themikey pointed out, 7sage has everything one requires for success
Once youve got your teeth sunk in the fundamentals,it doesnt really matter, with the exception of some grammer. I personally enjoy the 70s more than the 40s/50s.
Yeah, i agree with @TheMikey, i make sure to either drill a specific question type or an older LR section, regardless of the days activity. Its more about your speed atrophy than anything else. If youve got the fundamentals down than youll be fine.…
I am firmly of the beleif that you should get your BR score to 172-176 regardless of what you hope for on the actual test (and if i am capable of it than anyone is.. beleive me im thick as a brick).
The reason for this is that it will give you more…
Thanks for all support fam!!
I know everyone is searching for that silver bullet, and many say it doesnt exist, but from personal experience: individual timed sections and drilling specific question types are the closest thing to a silver bullet th…
