Does anyone have a particular pencil brand/type which abides to the HB / #2 pencil requirements needed for the LSAT of which they recommend?
Ticonderoga blacks with a Palomino long-point sharpener.

For what it's worth, I think there are many more MBT questions without conditional logic than there are that involve conditional logic.

I should start doing preptests AS I'm going through the syllabus to keep track of my improvements?
NO.
Does that answer your question? The time for PT's is after finishing the (or a) curriculum.

There is a pattern and the only way to recognize it is to keep seeing it. Keep going and don't be discouraged. I studied from July-May with 158-162 pts no movement for 10 months, then in May 166+ never dropped again.

It sounds like you're trusting yourself more. That's good. It also sounds like you haven't mastered the traps yet. That comes with practice ... And honestly, the BR calls have helped me do this more th…

How did you guys better understand this question type?
Be extremely aggressive in understanding the grammar and what the stimulus actually says. Nail everything down. Do not walk away with an "ok I guess I get it" understanding.

In the beginning during drilling it's okay to use a stopwatch and give yourself unlimited time but you still need an awareness of what's going on so you know if it takes you 1 minute per question or 5 minutes, or 40 minutes per sect…

Wow. So many meltdowns ... I'm just picturing the chaos ... And then there would be a few insane chaps (7sagers, mainly) who are like ... So what?

I just started PTs, currently doing the 20s and moving onto 30s, just to practice and get familiar with the question types.
Ok! I think it's cool to do these PT's untimed (which is basically untimed drilling).

doing untimed PTs
Don't do this Who told you to do PT's untimed? Unless we're talking about PT's from 1-36, this is, IMO, a HUGE waste of a PT. 100% strict timing 100% of the time.

Nope. Order has little to do with difficulty in RC. Recently saw quite a toughy in Passage 1. And skipping around is—dare I say it?—a crutch, and it's not a crutch that will help you with anything.
Need deets
1) 7sager or otherwise? Completed curriculum?
2) PT's or drilling sections?
3) How long have you been studying? And how many hours per week?
4) How many PT's?
5) Which QT's are causing the most trouble? Which QT's are your strengths?
