Exactly. You got a 164 just after two weeks of prep. If you consistently work till June there is a very high possibility that you can score a 180. Don't rush into it. That's the worst mistake you can make.
@mtilton05 3rd point is pretty interesting. *tags it in her head* Keep reading about how treating an argument (or a passage as you just said) like it's been said by a very questionable source helps in dissecting it better. Will definitely try it.
@StopLawying yes it's safe to say that.
@All I have decided to go for a simple one with a big dial. If the other watches have broken down in many cases buying it would give me more anxiety than relief.
@Pacifico I use to love that app. It helped me to relax (sleeping part dint work out for me)
There is another free app called Calm. You guys should try it. The background in this one is beautiful and realistic. Again it's therapeutic for me but do…
@nye8870 i know right! I have tried everything there is but nothing has helped me deal with insomnia like this method has.

Scary!
Clearly, there is nothing safe about both 35 minute watches. I guess the safest bet is to train yourself to use a simple Casio watch and get accustomed to it. Thanks.
I have similar issues with sleeping. Every night I put on a podcast (news/lecture/talk show/informative) and listen to it. It helps me because it slightly on the dull side not like music which excites my mind and it's not entertaining enough to keep…
Just for the record you are not supposed to take it on quizzes and all. It has to be done with a professional (my cousin is one so I know) even I have just done it online. But it's not supposed to be accurate that way.
@bbutler It was a girl @stepharizona just for the record. :P
Please do that. It would be such a favour.
@"Dillon A. Wright" Can we please have a discussion where people can share their past or recent links to such sessions. I read in a number of …
Can someone please make a recording of these sessions like @stepharizona did? (if its okay) Some of us can't make it because we live in different timezones or due to the 25 person limit. I watched the link on periscope later and it was really helpfu…
I know right!
Thanks @bbutler I think tls1776 has some amazing advice. I have always wanted to keep an account of the everything I do but more so after I read about his journey and the benefits he got.
