Agree the conclusion in PR is a great first test, I had completely forgotten about it until a week ago during a review session. I also was reminded of a "rule" recently that if a PR has things like Most, Some, Many the correct …

Yeah I received both letters already.
So the last letter you are discussing?
I am talking about the first email/letter. You already know you have accommodations, these people are still waiting.

Wait...I'm confused...what the final letter people are discussing?
When you are approved in the LSAT section of your LSAC area there are two letters that get posted that in fact confirm you have received accommodation.

My personal statement is 3.5 pages long. Is that too long?
For most schools that will be too long. Most allow/require no longer than 2 pages, and even for the ones that allow longer, I've heard the common wisdo…
I wanted to add this here, as I went to send this to a study buddy and it was already a bit buried. So if anyone finds this thread, visit this one for an accommodation proctor and it says they are working to add it to the app.

A tip @"J.Y. Ping" gave me is to shorten the amount of time you have on a retake, to "make up for" having seen the test before to see a more accurate score. So start with 33, then down to 30 and try to get to 25 on retakes.
WOOHOO!!! I was getting sad when I hadn't heard back from you. We've got the time to get shit together and kick ass!! I just went -1, -0, -2 and then -8in RC on a test... at least we know what we have to work on!!!

I will be joining soon. I need to adjust my test schedule, because 12 is 9 here and soon it will be 10 and that works better for me, so I'll join in no later than daylights savings.
I would say visit them too the vibe is VERY different between the two. I thought I would LOVE LOVE LOVE Columbia and it was my dream school, turns out, it wasn't a fit at all and NYU, which I didn't think I fit into, is now my goal/dream school.
I was at the LSAC forum in San Fran on Thursday and one of the people in a LSAC class encouraged us to ask admins what that wanted to see if a letter of recommendation and how they were used during our table discussions.

Pretty much what everyone said here. I believe the "typical" drop is about 3 points, or at least that seems to be a good rule of thumb. Many people that have big drops can see they made errors like bubbling or not finishing on time.
