Maybe email and ask if they have time for a phone call. And maybe offer to mail them the information and tell them there's an option for them to mail the letters to the LSAC.

@MissChanandler, I'm voting with you on don't write one. Maybe find a tutor instead. Then it's pretty likely you'll improve and you won't be as worried.
I think we'll get many pages of scrap paper--per other forums, more than enough, but it'll be great to hear more on this from people who took the digital pilot tests.
