Maybe a quick email saying you're still very interested and you appreciate that they're reviewing your application. And an LOCI sounds like a great idea. I think Priority WL may mean a quicker review, or that apps in this group are maybe considered …
I'd put this on hold with the plan to say no and wait on more offers. This offer sounds like too much of a risk. Also, 1L is generally said to be the most difficult of the 3 or so years.
Rest. Maybe go to a library or bookstore. If you like podcasts, then have at it. Maybe go to an animal shelter and bring a box of dog treats or something. Maybe fill out a bracket. Maybe plan a nice semi-green-themed dinner. And keep us posted on he…
Have you committed to a school yet? If so, then I'd go on a pretend job hunt to see what places are looking for summer 1Ls in that geographic location and maybe get a list going. And I'd print out the job section from the law school app to have the …
Skype, phone, or in person? I'm impressed and proud that you got the offer to interview. That's awesome. I would maybe think about a quick way to convey your values and your personality to them, like one important quote you like or an admirable hist…
I want to recommend @"Cant Get Right"'s story and the AMA webinar he did fairly recently. And I hear there's an LG webinar with him and @Sami soon. Don't give up. I'm optimistic that the next take is going to go much better. And yes, probably see ab…
Maybe give it a try and plan to withdraw and reschedule if you're not ready by June. I say this because it'll help you get prepared for a future exam even if you don't take the June exam.
It's not a negative, but you need a focus--a specific population to write about, maybe, and direct examples of community issues and ideas for your participation in solutions.
Great work! Your determination is inspiring. I really like the sentence about your intuition that if you put in the time and studied the right way, you'd improve.
@10000019, Interesting. Thanks for mentioning this. How would someone find the time to study for both exams if they wanted or needed to get them both in before law school? I know some people who did it after getting JDs.
I think both; I'd vote for doing one (probably raising your LSAT) then doing the other one a year or two later. If you're comfortable saying, what range is your GPA in? Did the LSAC calculate yet? And what schools interest you?
