I don't have a test day experience yet, but I've never seen this mentioned as a flagged issue and I almost always read the comments after the tests. However, to be safe, maybe have a spare watch along.

You have good chances and your GPA is high. Don't worry about the diagnostic score, just keep working and you'll be fine.
