If it was only 3 questions, that's not that bad, but you should try to do fresh PTs as much as possible. If you've seen questions before it's not reflective of the real test experience whether you get it correct or not.

I asked LSAC directly. You can only take tests in your region. So if you're not in the US, you can't take US tests.
