@"Alex Divine" I told my mom that I got a 165 on the diagnostic. I assumed that I would get that score on a diagnostic because I got some of the sample questions in the LSAT test prep books correct. I thought the LSAT RC was going to be similar as…
For mental blanks, listen to the advice of wise JY. Put your pencil down, close your eyes, take three deep breaths and see the weird LG as a fun challenge rather than something that will destroy your life.
Re-read all the rules, combining them as y…
+1 to what @10000019 has said. One can improve in LR and RC but it takes more time to hone those skill than LG.

So you need roughly 20 questions to move from a 150 to a 162. I don't know how quickly you pick up things, but for…
I was under the impression that admissions officers generally like to see an upward trend in GPA? Anyways congratulations on the high LSAT score, and the massive improvement in your GPA. A 3.56 in mechanical engineering is respectable. Dont discount…

Hahaha dreams were crushed after chem in high school. @"Alex Divine".
LOL! Sometimes the old dreams have to die to make room for the new ones!
Yes!
Apply now and if you feel you have another take in the tank, you should go for it and apply next year. Dont worry about age. It is just a number and you seem young enough.
Playing a little devil's advocate but I recall reading a post from Spivey saying that retaking 5+ times may indicate poor judgement and may raise red flags. Regardless, I would retake if you are confident. You should keep in mind that RC is hardest …

Ugh. I remember i spent too much time on the first rule. Seems like it just meant to say that you couldn't examine the same floor twice in a given day.
Haha funny response @PublicInterested . I also liked your prom analogy in another post. Thanks @kimmy_m66 . Seems like i was overlooking something obvious
I have heard of other test takers making similar modications and not having issues on test day. The risk you have to consider is having an overzealous proctor who might heckle you over those modications.
Perhaps this may not be feasible in your situation but you could consider working part time or take a couple months to dive fully into the lsat. If finances aren't an issue and you are dedicated to going to an elite law school, sacrifices may need t…
Hey @teetime64 . I started with a 140 got to a 161 on test day with the help of 7sage. Definitely, work through the curriculum. I found the games section to be particularly useful as I was able to get -2 on LG for September 2017 lsat.
Hey @"jh.lee_jenny". How was your pacing during the exam? What was your diagnostic? Do you feel that you have a tendency to freeze up or throw away good test taking habits during the official take.
