I'm not able to download a copy of the Prep Tests. Any suggestions?

As of now, 7Sage doesn’t have PDFs of PrepTests. They are e-docs. You cannot download e-docs. You can only print.

That being said, do you mean you can’t view e-docs?
For example, can you view a document after clicking the “Printable” button?: https://classic.7sage.com/lesson/preptest-36/
If not, I suggest that you clear cache on your browser: https://classic.7sage.com/clear-cache/
