Practicing Scored Sections (timed or untimed) but not full PTs and not just Drills

Hi,
I wanted to practice a section (Ex: 1 LR or 1 RC section) timed or untimed but not the full test and not just 5/10 questions of focused drills. Is there somewhere on 7sage I can just do a section and get the score back? How could I do that on 7sage? Thanks
