What do the tags "Value Judgement" and "Net Effect" mean?

I've been blind reviewing and want to identify the question categories I get wrong most, and these come up often but I dont know what they entail. If someone could give me examples that would be great too.

    Hi @jeanchan,

    With Net Effect, the question hinges on evaluating the overall effect or outcome of something when there are multiple competing factors to consider.

    The Value Judgement tag applies to stimuli in which the author's reasoning requires assigning subjective values or moral weight to concepts within the stimulus, such as that something “should” or “should not” occur or that a certain outcome is good or bad.
