I keep running into a problem where I miss questions on my practice tests mainly when my mind starts to wander and/or I start to lose focus for other reasons. Does anyone have any tips for avoiding this? Not too too worried about changing my practice test environment, but I AM worried about staying focused on test day!
Also on this vein, what do people eat the morning-of test day (and during the break) to boost energy and stay focused?
Thank you so much — seriously appreciate any and all advice on this:))

I am right there with you!
I have had success in changing my relationship with my phone. When January 1st hit this year I deleted all social media, Amazon, reddit and other related apps from my phone. The only thing I can do on my phone now is respond to email, listen to music/podcasts, look at my photos, go on 7Sage
and read the news. When I read the news at night I force myself to read one entire article, not just scroll mindlessly thru the headlines. I also have a rule now where I do not look at my phone when I am watching TV. If I watch YouTube it is a longer form video on my television.
Also cut way down on drinking, have been exercising more and going on walks while listening to a long podcast or audiobook.
A big trigger for losing focus for me is stamina. I am tired at the end of section 3 and it carries into 4. I think the only thing to do here is continue exercising physically and mentally to get used to getting tired and still pushing through.
Good luck!
