Wrong Answer Journal Template?

I have personally tried so many different variations of wrong answer journal templates... I feel this is where I need to focus the most of my studying on.

I've noticed a lot of the shared templates on older posts are no longer useable -- the links are broken, or the files are just gone.

If you're a 165+ scorer, it would be highly appreciated if you could drop your template. I feel my methods of handling the journals in the past haven't been super helpful. I ultimately want something I can search on a computer instead of a handwritten notebook format I know I won't look back through as much as I should.

I have an official 158 on record, so I don't so much feel I need to go over fundamentals too much. I am still doing a reread of the 'LSAT Trainer,' though.

I like to screenshot the questions and then annotate them with explanations. That is what I have found most helpful and efficient.

I screenshot and print out the problems, based off of the type of question for that day or week's drills, like all Flaw problems together. I then circle what the correct answer was, cross out my incorrect one.

For practice tests, I keep the whole section together, and annotate the same way.(I also write out the difficulty and tags on the problem. )

I think everyone has their own way of understanding each problem and what their specific issue is, but I write why it is right/wrong to me in a way I understand.

Also, having it in my own handwriting and physically in front of me is very helpful for my comprehension/memory. I originally had them scanned, and you can sometimes search, depending on the app you use, but I do not use it.
