Closing the Gap (First PT)

Took my first PT today after studying for who even knows how long at this point (years?). I've even gone through and completed for a second time, the classic core curriculum, albeit in a more focused and consistent manner than before.

Anyways, after some weeks of working on drilling and moving through different difficulty settings in my question drills, I've arrived at a place where my actual timed score is not great - 153 - and my blind review score (unfinished questions answered within the same day the practice test was taken) is pretty great - 173.

Now, how can I work on closing this gap? I know going through and reviewing the video explanations is obviously going to be helpful, which I plan on doing, but how do I overcome my main issue, which seems to be mostly that of timing? This is the component of the test that got me on both LR and RC; the latter was arguably worse as I was only able to complete 2 out the 5 passages and questions in the allotted time. I felt my LR sections were much better in comparison, however, I still had anywhere from 5-12 questions remaining on those depending on the section.

Any and all relevant advice/tips would be much appreciated. Thanks.
