Thanks for compiling this David and team! I believe one of the disclosures includes employment stats such as what number of students from a given school went on to work at a firm of 500+ employees, work in gov't (and what leve…
I don't have general application advice (too broad for me to answer), but your post gave me the impression that you don't know much about patent law jobs. I mention that (not to be rude) so that you look more into field if that's the only reason you…

As a side note, choosing HYS or bust is a bit neurotic in my opinion. There are so many spectacular law schools who would love to have you with those scores. The idea that these three schools are so superior is based solely…
If the rest of your application is together, I would apply this cycle with the 172 and then see whether you can defer (Harvard is fairly liberal about deferring if you commit; not sure about Yale).
If you don't get in then you should consider retak…
At the bottom of my post, I have posted a link that contains a list of accommodations available. Consider asking for anything on that list you think would be helpful.

Thank you all for your advice. Every word is appreciated. I won't be delaying a cycle however, my school list is wide with 13 schools including Emory, GA State, UGA, NYU, Columbia, HLS, Stanford, GULC, Penn, Mich, UVA, Berk…
What schools specifically? What do you want to do after law school? If you want a competitive job you should consider delaying a cycle and getting that LSAT up. Don't think your 3.3 is going to keep you out of top schools.

@10000019 can you elaborate?
Once you've passed the 75th, I think the benefit of retaking is so minimal that it isn't worth delaying your application.
Depends on what year you're applying and specifically what position (IP litigation is very broad).
Applying for a 1L SA, regardless of the position they will consider your undergrad transcript (helps them weed out people).
Not sure how much the gr…

Rhetorical question: Do you think you'd be the first person to attempt this?
Come on. You can certainly pull this off.
A twentysomething year-old with a new job and law school sounds like a recipe for disaster to me

I knew I bombed LG (guessed on a full section of questions) so I knew it was unlikely I'd reach my goal score. When I got my score I was relieved that my LR and RC were both solid enough to carry my LG. I was happy for a week, but then I was disappo…
Boston, Emory, George Wash. Would they benefit me more than say Temple, RU, Cardozo
From the first three schools you listed, GW is the only one I'm familiar with. I'll compare it against Temple and assume you want to end up in PA.

I think the application fees are negligible in the long run. Apply broadly and decide later.
Schools publish employment statistics. Look at where the school p…
I think the modern exams cover inductive reasoning a lot more frequently than the older exams. Once I got comfortable that I'd be picking the best out of the worst, I did much better on LR.
Below were my scores for LR:

You haven't provided enough information to get a meaningful response. All you've told us is that you don't want to work in Texas. Neither of those schools place people in Texas.
