Yup, they count everything, from dual-enrollment classes to retakes. Unfortunately, some people get a nasty surprise when they see their LSAC GPA
yeah! I knew someone who went from a 3.9 to a 3.2 LSAC GPA. sucks for some!!

Very nice LSAT score, congrats!
You have a chance at very good money at NYU, Columbia, UVA, and probably Duke too. I would say Cornell but seeing from last cycle and this cycle, I'm not too sure what they are doing with people who have very high n…
I write this kind of rule out as something like: [ C - B - D ] with a little switch type of line above connecting C and D telling me they can switch places and that B can never been before or after both C and D.

@TheMikey LSAC do indeed grade international degrees on a scale ranging from 'below average' to 'superior'. I have two degrees — undergrad and UK law degree — both of which are graded 'superior' by LSAC. They also give a UK - …
Btw OP, don't international applicants have like a scale for their LSAC GPA? like superior, etc.?
I had a buddy who got into Harvard last cycle with a 171 and what I think was considered "average" as their GPA placement.
with a 173 and depending o…
Hmm, I'd say although it is creative, it may not be the best choice choice since what if everyone on the committee doesn't know about Pokemon? they'd be like "cool, I guess", not really knowing what each Pokemon is.
I think there's a lot of fun opt…

Is 'very high' at or above Columbia's median GPA? If so, I think you already have a great shot at getting in there and taking feb might not be the best way to spend your time. However, if you feel like you can get way higher than a 173 you could ret…

@TheMikey thank you for the info!
Np! If you do decide not to attend your ED school, I highly recommend sitting out this cycle. You don't want to cause any issues to arise that may come back and screw you later on!
If you break your ED contract then you can't go to any other school for the Fall 2018. You either go to that school or you don't go to school at all.
You can wait until next cycle to reapply though.
If you were, however, to decline the ED school a…

I think you have a really good shot at most of the top schools, Harvard is a maybe and Stanford is who knows since they aren't as predictable as H.
I guess it's up to you, do you think you can do better? if so then go for it!
thanks guys.

AA definitely is an URM. South Asian I believe is as well. Per LSAC's website "To promote diversity, law schools actively seek qualified African American, Latino, Asian, and Native American students, as well as other students of color."
