Interesting. I know of several schools that don't use letter grades. There's an applicant increase this cycle. I wonder if that could help some. I wish they didn't list the GPA as 0.0 because it's more like Not Applicable. How's your studying going?

No, don't ask them. It's not the right kind of relationship for an LOR. I get that your parents are well-meaning, but you may want to send them an admissions article on choosing recommenders to help them understand.

I hear you on not feeling comfortable with remote interviews. I wonder if you could get more vacation later? I think you'll give yourself the best chances by interviewing. It's important to keep the conversation with them going.

Lots of people are PT students or not taking a full load--if they see this, it's not a problem, so you probably don't need one for this or for having switched majors.

Don't worry too much. I know not worrying goes against our usual natures as pre-law students, but it's going to be ok. And there are other avenues like transferring and waitlists. Keep hopeful.
