Maybe also keep a note in your planner/calendar with the addresses and dates so you have the info later, for example in three years or something.

Try looking at a post-test forum on Powerscore, as they have subforums for accommodated and non-accommodated students. Also, not that you would do this, but don't talk about this at the test center. They have some rule against it.
